Nottingham | 90, 1 - 2 Bedroom Apartments
After successfully completing the Waterside project for Monk Estates, ColourworksUK were contracted again by Monk Estates to complete a new project in Nottingham. The large-scale project was finished to a high standard within 10 weeks, ready for the new tenants to move in on time.
Nottingham | 4 Houses & 12 Flats
This project marks one of ColourworksUK's new build decorating ventures, encompassing the decoration of four houses, twelve flats, and communal areas. We are delighted to report that the entire project was completed on schedule.
Birmingham | 370 Spacious City Centre Homes | 49-Storey, 155-Metre Build
ColourworksUK were thrilled to contribute to the collaborative effort alongside Matt Smith and 'SPS', overseeing the decorative aspects of this project. The project involved spray plastering and decoration for a remarkable tower set to accommodate 370 spacious city center homes, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views across the city. This distinctive 49-storey, 155-meter structure surpasses the height of the city's BT Tower, adding a unique and impressive landmark to the skyline.
Nottingham | Trent Bridge Quays | 155 Apartments & 34 Houses
In the course of this specific project, ColourworksUK undertook a crucial two-step process. Initially, our team applied intumescent coating to the steelworks, ensuring robust fire protection measures for enhanced safety. Afterwards we moved onto the internal decoration phase, meticulously enhancing the interiors of 155 apartments and 34 houses. This dual approach showcased our commitment to both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal, contributing to the overall success and quality of the project.
Birmingham | 80, 1 -2 Bedroom Flats
ColourworksUK were contracted to take over this project due to the previous contractor unfortunately going into administration. ColourworksUK worked extremely hard to turn this project around and within a very short timeframe. The team successfully completed 80 units, stairwells, and communal areas within 6 weeks.
Kent | 220 Apartments
ColourworksUK were hired to takeover this project due to original contractor unfortunately going into administration. The team brought the project up to speed and back on track to meet the original development timescale. The Colourworks team successfully completed the job to a high standared within just 8 weeks.
Solihull City Centre | 70 Apartments
Working in Solihull City Centre, ColourworksUK were contracted to work on the full development of this project from the very start through to the final handover. The team successfully completed all internal and external decorating, along with intumescent coatings. Turning Waterstones and HMV's old
Birmingham | 90 Apartments
This project is currently ongoing and ColurworksUK have been contracted to work on a complete refurbishment of this building. The team will be completing all intumescent coating and external decorating on this project. Keep an eye open for more photos to come on this development.
Rugby | 9, 3 Bedroom Houses
Working on a small housing estate in Rugby the team carried out a full internal decoration that included a spray mist coat and refining vision.

ColurworksUK were contracted to work on the award-winning Waterside project. The team successfully completed 112 high-end apartments that are overlooking the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and Nottingham Forest.
Birmingham, Sheldon Court | 60 Flats, 1 - 2 Bedroom Apartments
ColourworksUK were contracted to takeover this project due the original contractor going into liquidation. The team carried out full internal decoration on 60 units, the stairwells, and corridors. The project was finished to a high standard within less than 7 weeks.
Birmingham, Tenant Street Lofts | 57 Flats
The ColourworksUK team successfully completed 57 luxury flats at Tenant Street Lofts, located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Bolsover | McLaren Offices
On this specific project, ColourworksUK took on the task of executing a full internal decoration for all recently constructed office spaces at McLaren. Our focus was on creating an environment that not only met but exceeded McLaren's expectations.
Birmingham | Financial Quarter Offices
ColourworksUK led an extensive office refurbishment project within the financial quarter of Birmingham. The project encompassed a thorough transformation, with meticulous attention given to every detail of the interior spaces. From refreshing wall colors and finishes to enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal, our team ensured a comprehensive internal decoration throughout the entire office premises. The result is a workspace that fits in well with the busy and energetic atmosphere of Birmingham.
Breedon | Breedon Quarry
The ColourworksUK team, took on a comprehensive project at the quarry involving both full internal and external decoration. Given the seasonal considerations, the team utlised pliolite paint to ensure optimal results for the exterior finishes. The image gallery shows a mixture of before and after pictures.
CBBS Land Gift Shop | Alton Towers
Following on from the previous contract at Alton Towers, ColourworksUK worked on the 'CBBS Land' Gift Shop. The team taped and joined the walls and completed a full internal decoration.
Slaters | Menswear Display Cabinet
As contractors, we help individuals and businesses across the UK bring their ideas to life. Here, ColourworksUK worked with 'Slaters' to refurbish their display cabinets and bring their ideas to life.
CBBS Land Activity Area | Alton Towers
ColourworksUK were hired to paint the surrounding fences of the activity area and the shop huts for 'CBBS Land' activity area at 'Alton Towers'.
Nightclub | Full Decoration
The team were hired to work on a new nightclub where they taped, filled and decorated the whole venue. Whatever the size or time commitment of each project, the team's flexibility and strong work ethic allows them to carefully plan ahead in order to meet deadlines while delivering high quality solutions.
Chancellors Estate Agents | Shop Front Repair
This image features a small clip of the external work on 'Chancellors Estate Agents' retail spaces. The team were contracted for a national rollout on all stores.
Art Deco Shop | Shop Front Decoration
The ColourworksUK team were hired to do exterior decoration of the shop front.
Alton Towers | Smiler
On this project the team decorated, taped and joined the walls and celling to the entrance way to the 'Smiler' gift shop .

The ColourworksUK team were contracted to refresh the interior design of Europcars branches across the United Kingdom.
Omega Watches | Retail Spaces
Partnering with MLB Joinery the ColourworksUK team worked on various stores across the United Kingdom applying microsuede wallpaper.
Alton Towers | Smiler Retail Space
The below image features the Smiler gift shop at Alton Towers. The team not only decorated the shop when it was first built but they also made and installed the 3D.
Robert Dyas, Numerous Stores Across the UK | Retail Space Refurbishment
The team were hired to complete a full internal decoration at the Robert Dyas shop.
St. George's Football Park | Free Hand Art Work
ColourworksUK were contracted for the internal decoration of England’s changing rooms. The team freehand painted the England flag featured in the image below at St. Georges football park.
Waldorf Hotel | London
ColourworksUK were contracted to refurbish the main entrance of the hotel. This included stripping back the original work before hanging custom print wallpaper on the hotel walls and ceilings.

The Colourworks team were hired to complete a full internal decoration at Currys PC World in Woking.
