William has successfully completed our last two projects, showcasing exceptional expertise and dedication.
The first project was the Waterside Apartments development in Nottingham, located on Trent Bridge. This remarkable scheme consisted of 121 apartments, including 12 luxurious penthouses that achieved the highest £/sqft for apartments ever recorded in the Midlands. Despite facing delays and the main contractor becoming busy, William and the ColourworksUK team took over to complete the project in 2020. Their commitment to finishing the job under challenging circumstances impressed us, and as a result, we were eager to collaborate with them again.
The second major project was Lace Market Point, featuring 91 luxury build-to-rent apartments. This scheme was not only completed on time and within budget, but ColourworksUK was also retained to handle the ongoing maintenance of the apartments and corridors.
Currently, ColourworksUK has been selected for our next project in Leicester, involving 171 apartments set to be completed by the end of next year.

Callithome Ltd, a proud member of the J&R Developments Group, has had the privilege of working closely with Colour Works and its Director, William Henney, for over 5 years. In 2018, Colourworks successfully completed a 57-bed student block on Houndsgate, Nottingham, surpassing our expectations. William and his team went above and beyond by providing additional labor when necessary and working outside regular hours to assist in recovering program delays caused by previous trades. Their dedication and proactive approach significantly contributed to the project's success.
Subsequently, Colourworks executed the conversion of our hotel on Waverley Street, Nottingham, into 16 self-contained luxury apartments in 2019. They also completed a 38-bed student block on Stanford Street, Nottingham, and a 69-bed student block, Howard One, in Nottingham this year. In addition to these major projects, Colourworks consistently delivers ongoing painting maintenance, external painting works, and re-let decoration on a regular basis for our properties.
